Join a well‑established industrial recruitment team in Southend‑on‑Sea as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant. You will work within a supportive branch, leveraging an existing warm desk of clients while building your own portfolio of industrial accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new industrial business through proactive sales and networking.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, and place candidates across a range of industrial roles.
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates, fostering long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably a 360 role or strong background ready for a senior position.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for winning new business.
