Influencer Executive

About the role

Debenhams Group is seeking a creative, commercially‑minded Influencer Executive to plan, execute and optimise influencer marketing campaigns across fashion, beauty and lifestyle. Working from our Manchester office, you will collaborate with the Influencer Manager, brand marketing team and external creators to boost brand awareness, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end delivery of influencer campaigns on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Research, source and onboard influencers that align with the Debenhams brand and target audience.
• Manage day‑to‑day influencer communications, contracts and gifting.
• Track content delivery, usage rights and campaign timelines.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Assist with paid amplification of influencer content when required.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social trends, platform updates and emerging creators.

Required profile

• Previous experience in influencer marketing, social media or a related digital role.
• Strong understanding of influencer platforms, trends and creator culture.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Confidence working with data, reporting and performance metrics.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented attitude.
• Passion for fashion, beauty and e‑commerce.
