Influencer Marketing Assistant – UK & Ireland (Internal)

About the role

This internal position supports Lush’s influencer and creator marketing across the UK and Ireland. Working closely with the Global Influencer and Digital Content Strategist and the Global Influencer Marketing Lead, you will help coordinate influencer send‑outs, events and ongoing campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering influencer campaigns, product launches, events and collaborations.
• Manage large‑scale product gifting activities and track user‑generated content to maximise visibility.
• Maintain accurate influencer records and support long‑term relationship management.
• Identify and curate new creators who align with Lush’s ethics, safer social media policy and marketing strategy.
• Work cross‑functionally with marketing, PR, retail, events and fulfilment teams to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Current Lush employee with a strong interest in influencer marketing.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Commitment to Lush’s ethical values and sustainability principles.
