Senior Digital Marketing & Loyalty Lead

About the role

Lush is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing & Loyalty Lead on a 13‑14 month fixed‑term contract to manage and evolve the Lush Club and Rewards programmes. Based in London with a hybrid work model, you will report to the Global Head of Digital Marketing and Programmes and collaborate with regional leads.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Lush Club & Rewards, driving programme enhancement and strategic localisation.
• Lead the global rollout of Lush Wallet and coordinate future planning for loyalty initiatives.
• Define the roadmap for the loyalty programme, ensuring central strategies are adapted for regional markets.
• Utilise data‑driven insights to optimise digital campaigns and omnichannel customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Regional Leads to align market‑specific requirements with global objectives.
