About the role

Lead the strategic vision and execution of influencer marketing for a major global outdoor brand, ensuring operational excellence and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Influencer Marketing team, overseeing efficient campaign execution and resource allocation.
• Own the strategic direction of influencer marketing, creating insight‑driven, culturally relevant campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Social Media teams to integrate influencer efforts with broader social strategies.
• Act as senior strategic advisor to the client, continuously improving performance and building trusted relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities to expand the influencer scope and support account growth.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a strong strategic and hands‑on background.
• Proven leadership of influencer marketing teams in international, agency environments.
• Experience managing global or regional clients and driving business results.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, able to translate objectives into effective strategies.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of influencer marketing platforms and measurement tools (e.g., IQ Data or similar).
• Ability to develop integrated influencer and social media strategies.
