Informatica MDM Engineer – London (Inside IR35)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM Engineer to design, configure and support master data solutions for our financial services clients. The role is based in London with three days on‑site each week and operates inside IR35.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and develop Informatica MDM solutions across client, counterparty, product and reference data domains.
• Build and maintain data models, hierarchies and relationships.
• Define match and merge rules, survivorship logic and data‑quality rules.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Create workflows and data‑stewardship processes.
• Support UAT, production releases and troubleshoot data‑quality issues.
• Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Informatica products.
• 3+ years specifically using Informatica MDM.
• Strong SQL and database expertise (Oracle, SQL Server or PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Informatica MDM Hub, Business Entity Services (BES), Provisioning Tool, Data Director and IDD API integration.
• Proven data‑modeling experience and understanding of data‑governance principles.
