Information Management Lead

About the role

The Information Management Lead will join the design & construction team to drive information governance and digital data strategies. Working on a three‑month contract, you will ensure that project information is managed to ISO 19650 standards and supports the Asset Information Model.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and govern information management processes, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance.
• Deliver day‑to‑day project information management, including CDE configuration, quality assurance and AIM readiness.
• Develop and maintain BIM Toolkit‑aligned toolkits and integrate them across platforms.
• Establish consistent, governed information workflows throughout the organisation.
• Manage clinical assets with the same rigor as building assets to improve overall asset management.
• Implement robust quality assurance, data security and information governance practices.
• Design and deliver training and up‑skilling programmes for sustainable capability transfer.

Required profile

• Proven experience in information management within construction or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of project management principles.
• Expertise in configuring Common Data Environments and conducting quality assurance.
• In‑depth knowledge of data security protocols and information governance frameworks.
• Commitment to creating high‑quality information workflows that meet organisational needs.

What we offer

• £250‑£350 per day (outside IR35)
