Infrastructure Analyst

About the role

Join a growing IT team supporting and enhancing enterprise infrastructure across cloud, virtualisation, server and networking technologies. You will combine hands‑on technical support with involvement in transformation projects for a multi‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support enterprise infrastructure services across multiple locations.
• Deliver infrastructure solutions for business and IT projects.
• Manage and optimise Windows Server and VMware environments.
• Support Azure cloud services and Entra ID.
• Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and file services.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve technical issues.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery and high‑availability solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and contribute to technology roadmaps.

Required profile

• Strong VMware administration experience.
• Solid 3rd‑line support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, AD, DNS, DHCP and file services.
• Solid networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work across operational support and project environments.
