About the role
Fora is seeking an Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to maintain, support and enhance its Microsoft cloud platforms. The role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, security, networking and modern workplace technologies, working closely with Infrastructure, Service Delivery and Project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deploy and optimise Microsoft Azure infrastructure services that support core business operations.
- Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot virtual machines, storage and backup solutions to ensure performance, resilience and scalability.
- Implement and enforce security controls, governance standards and secure configuration across Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Manage identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID, supporting vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Azure and related cloud technologies.
- Assist with cloud migrations, platform enhancements and automation projects to improve operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management and governance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional technical teams.
- Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and automation.
