Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to own end‑to‑end operational support and continuous improvement of our global IT infrastructure. You will work across server, network, endpoint and cloud platforms, ensuring services are resilient, secure and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second‑line operational support for global server, network, endpoint and cloud environments.
• Maintain and manage physical and virtual servers, storage, and cloud platforms, including OS updates, patching and security controls.
• Support data protection, backup, recovery and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Monitor, investigate and respond to cyber security incidents and threats.
• Collaborate with IT Service Desk, vendors, and cyber/OT teams to ensure SLA compliance and secure operations.
• Manage infrastructure licences, asset ownership and audit compliance.
• Deliver assigned infrastructure tasks and projects on time and within budget.
• Provide out‑of‑hours support when required and ensure all activities follow IT&S policies.

Required profile

• Strong experience in infrastructure support or specialist roles.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft server technologies.
• Experience supporting cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and virtualised environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and incident‑management skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a globally distributed, critical business.
