Insolvency & Corporate Recovery Solicitor (3+ years PQE)

About the role

Join a well‑respected insolvency and restructuring team at a leading UK law firm in Leicester. This full‑time position is aimed at solicitors with around three years of post‑qualification experience who want to deepen their expertise across both contentious and non‑contentious insolvency work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice to insolvency practitioners, individuals, SMEs and large organisations.
• Manage a mixed caseload covering corporate insolvency, restructuring, personal insolvency, litigation and dispute resolution.
• Deliver advisory and transactional support on restructuring and recovery matters.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings and client communications.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years PQE.
• Experience in insolvency, corporate restructuring or commercial litigation.
• Strong analytical ability and commercial awareness.
• Proactive approach to client service and a collaborative mindset.
