Insolvency Solicitor – 2‑4 PQE – £50k‑£65k

About the role

This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500‑recognised Insolvency team handling both contentious and non‑contentious restructuring work. You will work with a diverse client base, including insolvency practitioners, secured lenders, directors and businesses, delivering high‑quality advice across a range of insolvency matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering corporate and personal insolvency, administration appointments and insolvency litigation.
• Prepare and file court applications, oversee property‑related insolvency transactions and provide advisory services.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the practice.
• Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with senior team members.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 2‑4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in insolvency law.
• Proven experience advising on both corporate and personal insolvency matters.
• Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to complex issues.
• Ability to manage an independent caseload and build client relationships.
