Installation Coordinator – Office Based (Manchester)

About the role

As an Installation Coordinator you will be the hub of activity for our field engineers, ensuring that every service call is scheduled, dispatched and completed efficiently. Based in our Old Trafford office, you will work closely with the Operations Director to maintain high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch engineers to customer sites.
• Monitor engineer activity and progress against service level agreements.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and support tickets, ensuring timely responses.
• Process orders, close job tickets and record all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Identify opportunities to improve service standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner.
• Enthusiastic, polite and self‑motivated.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with a desire to deliver first‑class customer service.
