Installation Manager – Solar (Oxford)

About the role

This is a full‑time Installation Manager position based in Oxford, overseeing residential solar and battery projects across the South East. The role is designed for a qualified electrician with hands‑on solar experience who wants to move from the tools into a leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential solar and battery installations from scheduling through to completion.
• Coordinate with customers, installation partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth, high‑quality delivery.
• Provide on‑site supervision and support to installation crews.
• Maintain project timelines, budgets and health & safety standards.
• Report progress to senior management and the owner.

Required profile

• Qualified electrician with proven solar installation experience.
• Motivated to step into a management role and lead teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Commutes to Oxford and is willing to travel across the South East.
