Insurance Account Executive

About the role

Everywhen, the UK-based broking and advisory arm of the Ardonagh Group, is looking for an experienced Insurance Account Executive. The role suits someone who enjoys building strong, trusted and profitable client relationships and helping clients find the right insurance products. It is home-based and hybrid, permanent and full-time, with a salary dependent on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Tailor your approach to each client, working with them face to face, on the phone or via video call
• Support clients throughout the year
• Network and prospect to build and develop your portfolio
• Offer clients solutions across a wide range of brands and products, beyond simple upselling or cross-selling

Required profile

• Experience gained within the insurance industry from a similar role
• Relevant qualifications are a bonus, though many are offered after joining
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and curious about the insurance industry
• Team player with a positive, collaborative outlook and resilience to change
• Integrity, given the regulated nature of the business
