Insurance Account Handler

About the role
Join an award‑winning, independent insurance broker based near Swansea. As an Insurance Account Handler you will manage portfolios of property owners, real‑estate and commercial insurance, supporting clients throughout the insurance lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Handle renewals, mid‑term adjustments and new business submissions.
- Advise clients on risk exposure, cover options and policy wording.
- Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure the best terms.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords, investors and property managers.
Required profile
- Experience in personal lines, commercial or property insurance.
- Professional, organised and proactive approach.
- Enjoys client‑facing work and relationship building.
- Eager to develop a career, with CII certification support.
