Insurance Database Builder / Cleanser

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused Insurance Database Builder / Cleanser to join our commercial insurance brokerage. Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will research businesses, verify prospect information and maintain a high‑quality CRM database that fuels our business development and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain prospect databases within our CRM system.
• Research and identify businesses that match our target client profile.
• Source and update company and decision‑maker information.
• Make outbound calls to verify data, identify key contacts and gather renewal dates.
• Engage gatekeepers and decision‑makers to collect accurate prospect details.
• Support lead generation and targeted marketing campaigns with clean, reliable data.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident telephone communicator who enjoys speaking with business professionals.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Interest in insurance, data management and business development.

Required skills

• CRM (experience with any CRM platform).
