Integrity Manager

About the role

The Integrity Manager will provide technical leadership for integrity management of pressure systems, structures and pipelines for a North Sea operator based in Aberdeen. Reporting to senior engineering, the role ensures robust inspection, risk‑based assessment and defect prioritisation across the asset portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of integrity engineers, driving performance, coaching and succession planning.
• Develop and maintain integrity management plans, risk‑based assessments, anomaly management and CUI tracking systems.
• Oversee outsourced Technical Authorities and ensure discipline health across engineering and operations.
• Manage annual integrity budgets, monitor delivery of plans and produce summary reports highlighting critical issues.
• Drive adoption of innovative digital tools to improve inspection efficiency, data‑driven decision making and process safety.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for operations, modifications, projects and technical risk assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in asset integrity management within the oil & gas or offshore sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high‑performing engineering teams.
• Ability to develop long‑term asset life‑extension strategies and manage complex contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.
