Intellectual Property Litigation Solicitor – £80k-£100k DOE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded IP team in London. The role involves handling complex, high‑profile disputes across a range of sectors including sports, fashion, retail and consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of trademark, passing‑off, copyright, design rights and patent disputes.
• Advise clients on commercial and strategic aspects of IP litigation.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers.
• Contribute to business development and networking activities.
• Collaborate closely with partners and specialist lawyers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in IP litigation.
• Strong technical knowledge of trademarks, copyright, design rights and passing‑off.
• Proven ability to manage own matters and develop client relationships.
• Commercial awareness and pragmatic problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and enthusiasm for business development.
• Experience supervising junior lawyers is advantageous.
