Interim TSA Asset Compliance Lead (Telecoms Security Act)

About the role

The interim TSA Asset Compliance Lead will join a leading telecoms organisation to oversee the Telecoms Security Act (TSA) asset portfolio. Working on a six‑month contract, the role blends governance, compliance and stakeholder coordination to ensure all TSA‑scoped assets are accurately recorded and managed throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clear, accurate and controlled view of all assets within the TSA scope.
• Oversee the TCAP (Telecoms Compliance Asset Portfolio) process end‑to‑end, ensuring governance standards are applied.
• Manage business‑as‑usual activities, monitor process adherence and handle change requests.
• Coordinate and track complex stakeholder queries and escalations.
• Support the implementation and adoption of asset governance procedures across technical and business teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between compliance teams and technical subject‑matter experts.

Required profile

• Strong background in governance, compliance, PMO or operational leadership.
• Proven experience owning processes and driving activities across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in complex technical environments, preferably within telecoms or network infrastructure.

Required skills

• Telecoms industry experience, especially with network compliance.
• Familiarity with the Telecoms Security Act (TSA) and TCAP processes.

What we offer

• Hybrid working model – two days per week in the Reading office and three days remote.
• Six‑month interim assignment with a day rate of £590 via an umbrella company (IR35 compliant).
