Interior Plant Technician – Bristol

About the role

Rentokil Initial is looking for an enthusiastic Interior Plant Technician to join its Bristol branch, serving Bristol, Reading and surrounding areas. You will travel to client sites to install and maintain interior and exterior plant displays, receiving industry‑leading training to develop your horticultural skills.

Key responsibilities

• Install and maintain a variety of interior and exterior plant and flower displays.
• Maintain scenting units and cartridges.
• Assist with the installation of seasonal displays and hanging baskets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create agreed‑upon designs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt working patterns to business needs.
• Physical ability to install planters, work at heights and perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check where required.

• Competitive salary starting at £26,700 per annum with OTE up to £30,911.
