Internal Auditor – London

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Auditor to join a leading luxury hotel group in London. The role focuses on delivering robust internal audit, risk management and control oversight across the hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report on internal audits for hotel operations.
• Develop, maintain and monitor policies, controls and risk management frameworks.
• Analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities and follow‑up on audit findings.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and various department heads to ensure timely remediation.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of internal audit experience, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Part‑qualified accountant or holder of internal audit qualifications/certifications.
• Strong understanding of hospitality‑specific risk and control processes.
• Proven track record of conducting and reporting internal audits.
• Forward‑thinking, technology‑savvy and quick learner with an investigative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Proficiency with hotel Electronic Point‑of‑Sale (EPOS) systems.
