Internal Sales Executive – Telesales (HVAC Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for a confident Internal Sales Executive to join a well‑established engineering business that delivers specialist HVAC and process cooling solutions. You will focus on outbound calling, lead generation and building strong B2B relationships to support the external sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers across multiple industries for HVAC and cooling solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, keeping the CRM up‑to‑date with accurate information.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Care and Marketing to convert leads into opportunities.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, competitors and new opportunities.
• Make outbound sales calls, achieve targets and set appointments for the external team.
• Provide confident customer guidance while developing technical product knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven telesales background with strong outbound calling experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a people‑focused mindset.
• Confidence in building relationships with B2B customers.
• Ability to manage pipelines and work collaboratively across teams.
• Willingness to learn technical products and solutions.
• Full UK driving licence.
