International Communications Coordinator – Hybrid (London)

About the role

The International Communications Coordinator supports the International Communications team, reporting to the International Integrated Communications Lead. This hybrid role coordinates day‑to‑day PR, influencer and communications activities across EMEA markets, collaborating with global and regional teams, agencies, distributors and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordinator for international PR and influencer activity, ensuring smooth execution across EMEA markets.
• Support the rollout and operational management of product launches, campaigns and integrated brand moments, including mailers and in‑person events.
• Communicate timelines, update trackers and maintain workflows for internal teams and agency partners.
• Coordinate launch logistics such as product ordering, shipment tracking, sample management and market distribution.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with PR, trade and influencer agency partners, ensuring clear briefs, timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain influencer and communications tracking platforms (Tribe, CreatorIQ, ShopMY) and support approvals, content tracking and live‑date management.
• Monitor influencer activity, campaign performance and content delivery timelines.
• Oversee reporting workflows with agency partners and assist with budget tracking, vendor setup and invoice management.
• Support competitive benchmarking, trend monitoring and market research to inform communications strategy.

Required profile

• Highly organized and operationally strong with a cultural awareness of international markets.
• Experience in influencer relations, PR coordination and communications logistics within a fast‑paced beauty, fashion or lifestyle environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously while maintaining timelines and ensuring strong execution across launches, influencer activity, retail partnerships and integrated communications initiatives.
