International Coordinator (French/Spanish/Portuguese) – Croydon

About the role

We are seeking an International Coordinator to join our repatriation team in Croydon. The role is initially a maternity cover and requires fluency in English plus French, Spanish, Portuguese (or Italian) to support customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the repatriation service for clients around the globe, ensuring a sympathetic and efficient approach.
• Answer phone calls, handle general enquiries, invoice questions and customer complaints.
• Project a professional company image during all telephone interactions.
• Work standard hours Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30, with additional rota duties for late shifts, weekends and Bank Holidays (late and weekend shifts may be performed from home).

Required profile

• Fluent in English and at least one of French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian (both spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills with an empathetic, relationship‑focused approach.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational abilities to set priorities and meet deadlines.
