International eCommerce Executive

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven International eCommerce Executive to support the growth and optimisation of our international eCommerce websites across key markets including the US, Germany and Spain. You will work closely with marketing, creative, operations and retention teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer journeys that balance brand storytelling with commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management and optimisation of international eCommerce activity across US, DE and ES markets.
• Monitor website performance and key trading metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, revenue growth, retention and market performance.
• Assist in planning and executing international trading calendars, campaigns and product launches.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and CRM teams to align campaigns with market priorities and customer behaviours.
• Coordinate localisation updates including language, merchandising, promotions and customer experience improvements.
• Support product merchandising, site updates and collection optimisation to improve navigation and conversion.
• Build and maintain weekly/monthly reporting on international performance metrics and customer insights.
• Work with creative and content teams to ensure market‑relevant messaging and assets are delivered effectively.
• Monitor competitor activity, international trends and emerging opportunities within key growth markets.

Required profile

• Commercially driven with a passion for eCommerce growth.
• Experience managing or supporting international eCommerce sites.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across marketing, creative, operations and retention teams.
