International Fleet Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive International Fleet Coordinator to support the coordination and administration of a global company‑car fleet. The role ensures accurate fleet data, effective vehicle‑maintenance oversight, stakeholder engagement and consistent fleet policies across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and rolling out global fleet policies and monitor compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, drivers and lease arrangements; update fleet spreadsheets and lease models.
• Produce and distribute monthly fleet reports and track maintenance and compliance activities.
• Build relationships with worldwide stakeholders, coordinate with office managers and support varying levels of engagement with central fleet processes.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, monitor MOT, servicing and inspections, and liaise with suppliers and leasing providers.
• Support health‑and‑safety compliance and ensure fleet documentation remains up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Strong administrative or coordination experience.
• Experience managing data and reporting using Excel.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across locations.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communication with colleagues at all levels.
• Experience maintaining records, spreadsheets and operational documentation.
