International FP&A Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

KennedyPearce Consulting is looking for an experienced International FP&A Manager to lead the financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting function. This senior position works closely with senior leadership, providing strategic insight that drives commercial decision‑making and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full FP&A cycle – annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, long‑range planning and monthly management reporting.
• Prepare executive‑level reporting packs, including P&L analysis, EBITDA reporting, KPI dashboards and pipeline performance.
• Deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior‑year results with clear commentary and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate, consistent and timely financial reporting to senior leadership and group finance.
• Develop and enhance reporting processes, dashboards and forecasting models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as the lead finance business partner to senior operational and commercial leaders, providing strategic guidance and challenge.
• Analyse business opportunities, pipeline performance and customer profitability for commercial teams.
• Support strategic initiatives such as investment appraisals, acquisitions, integrations and post‑investment performance tracking.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with 5‑10 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business analytics.
• Proven ability to consolidate and analyse complex financial data across multiple systems and business units.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and commercial decision‑making skills.
• Experience presenting financial insights to executive audiences.
