International Mortgage Adviser – London (Travel Europe)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Mortgage Adviser to join our London team. The role supports UK and overseas clients who wish to purchase or refinance residential property across Europe, combining advisory expertise with relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage advice to high‑net‑worth individuals and international investors for residential and structured property finance in European markets.
• Structure, place and manage residential finance solutions with a network of European lenders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with introducers, private banks and other referral partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal property teams to generate and convert client referrals.
• Travel 3–5 days per month across Europe to meet clients, partners and lenders.
• Ensure all advice and transactions comply with UK and EU regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a mortgage adviser within a European market.
• Proven track record of generating business and meeting sales targets.
• Fluent English and proficiency in at least one European language (French, Spanish or Portuguese preferred).
• Strong understanding of European mortgage markets, products and regulations.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Europe.
