International Professional Services Recruiter – Glasgow/Edinburgh

About the role

Join Meraki Talent’s growing international recruitment team as an International Professional Services Recruiter. You will work from our Glasgow office (or Edinburgh) to source and place talent for leading consultancy, advisory, audit, legal and corporate services firms across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and offshore markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑potential professionals in international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations.
• Utilise LinkedIn, networking, research and referrals to source top talent.
• Partner with professional services companies to understand hiring needs and advise on market trends.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from outreach and interview coordination to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Provide regular updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
