International Strategy and Operations Lead

About the role

Faire is a technology wholesale platform connecting independent retailers worldwide. It is looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive informed, data-backed decisions across its international business. As part of the International Strategy & Operations team, you will lead mission-critical projects end to end and partner with Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance to turn insights into action. The role is based in the London office, three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Break down complex and ambiguous problems to uncover actionable insights.
• Analyse customer, product and business data to identify growth opportunities and shape priorities, with a focus on brand (supply) opportunities.
• Lead large cross-functional strategic initiatives that move company metrics, working with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations and Marketing.
• Develop hypotheses, run in-depth analysis and recommend actions to the leadership team.
• Help teammates use data thoughtfully and correctly, and support the prioritisation, planning and launch of new international markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, finance, consulting or business operations.
• Strong business judgment and ability to work across Product, GTM and operational topics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with rigorous analysis, strategic judgement and execution.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn data into clear recommendations.
• SQL experience strongly preferred.
