Investment Analyst – Nordics

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Investment Analyst to support its Nordic investment activities. The analyst will underwrite acquisition and development opportunities, conduct market research, and assist in preparing investment memoranda for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior real‑estate professionals in sourcing, preparing and presenting new investment memoranda, financing and disposition recommendations.
• Gather, compile and analyse market data to identify investment and development opportunities.
• Perform financial analysis and underwriting, including building multi‑tier pro‑forma waterfall models.
• Manage acquisition due‑diligence processes and coordinate closings with external counterparties.
• Support asset‑management and value‑add execution for existing portfolio assets.
• Engage with owners, brokers, equity partners, lenders, attorneys, consultants and internal departments.

Required profile

• Ability to support senior investment professionals in research and presentation tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset for market and financial data.
• Experience handling due‑diligence and transaction coordination.
