Investment Banking Analyst – EMEA Media & Communications Advisory

About the role

Join the EMEA Media & Communications Advisory team at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Analyst in London. You will support the full lifecycle of investment banking transactions, working closely with senior bankers and clients across the media, telecoms and digital infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver marketing pitches and client presentations for M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Conduct detailed valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO modelling.
• Support daily deal execution, project management and transaction structuring.
• Draft internal memoranda, board materials and other documentation for senior review.
• Interact regularly with senior team members and client management to discuss strategic alternatives.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in investment banking or corporate finance, preferably within media, telecoms or digital infrastructure.
• Strong professional demeanor with the ability to engage clients confidently.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Motivated, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Required skills

• Financial modelling and valuation expertise.
• Proficiency in DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis.
