Investment Banking Analyst (£150K+ OTE)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑calibre Investment Banking Analyst to join TechCredit Partners’ core execution team. The role offers direct exposure to founders, CFOs and institutional lenders on live mandates ranging from £10 m to £200 m+ facilities, working in a hybrid setting on Bond Street.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare institutional‑quality lender materials such as teasers, information memoranda and debt decks.
• Structure clear and compelling credit narratives and conduct leverage analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models to support transaction evaluation.
• Manage data rooms, diligence workflows and coordinate lender Q&A processes.
• Conduct sector and lender research to inform deal strategy.
• Support internal strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 transactions, private credit or a related field.
• Strong analytical rigour, structured thinking and an ownership mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high work ethic.
• Interest in acquisition financing, roll‑ups or direct lending is a plus.
