Investment Banking Associate – London

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Investment Banking team in London. As an Investment Banking Associate you will support senior bankers in delivering strategic transactions and financial solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including modelling, valuation, and statement review.
• Support the execution of M&A, capital‑raising and advisory transactions.
• Prepare pitch books, offering memorandums, management presentations and other deal documentation.
• Coordinate due‑diligence activities and liaise with internal and external parties.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, assisting in meetings and presentations.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes and market dynamics affecting the investment banking sector.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field (MBA a plus).
• Previous experience in investment banking or finance is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for the investment banking industry and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
