Investment Banking VP – Real Estate, Lodging & Gaming

About the role

The Investment Banking Vice President will act as a strategic advisor to clients in the real estate, lodging and gaming sectors, helping them raise capital and execute complex transactions. Based in London, the role involves close collaboration with senior bankers, institutional clients and external advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project and transaction execution, from origination to closing.
• Work directly with clients on financing transactions, guiding them through capital‑raising processes, due diligence and preparation of equity or debt offerings.
• Collaborate with senior team members and external advisors on M&A and special‑situations transactions.
• Draft situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda and client presentations.
• Oversee the work of analysts and associates assigned to each project.

Required profile

• Significant experience in financial services, specifically banking.
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate banking products, regulations, lending and credit approval processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
