Investment Monitoring Analyst – Structured Credit & Asset-Backed Portfolios

About the role

Omni Bridgeway is seeking an Investment Monitoring Analyst to support its Structured Credit & Asset‑Backed Portfolio strategy. The role sits within a global legal‑finance business and works closely with the Portfolio Manager to oversee a diversified set of secured facilities backed by legal claims.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live investments against modelled returns, key assumptions, borrowing‑base tests and deal covenants, escalating variances promptly.
• Track portfolio performance, cash collections, waterfall mechanics and maintain watchlists, impairment and fair‑value assessments with Finance.
• Review facility documentation, amendments, waivers and enforcement decisions to protect the firm’s position.
• Prepare internal and external reporting, including performance updates, portfolio analytics and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Support the Capital Formation team with investor‑facing materials and respond to queries about the strategy and portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong commercial judgement and ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in structured‑credit analysis, legal finance or related investment management.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
