Investor Relations Analyst – Hedge Fund (60-80k base + Bonus)

About the role

The hedge fund is building a new marketing team to support its rapid growth. As an Investor Relations Analyst you will work closely with the Head of Sales and the Investor Relations Manager, handling marketing support tasks and gradually taking on direct investor interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update marketing materials, presentations and pitch decks.
• Manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow‑ups.
• Schedule and coordinate investor meetings for the sales team.
• Serve as the first point of contact for investor queries and provide timely responses.
• Prepare ad‑hoc research and presentations to inform internal marketing strategy.
• Participate in investor meetings from an early stage to gain exposure to capital‑raising processes.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing support, investor relations, or client services.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Motivation to take on increasing responsibility and progress toward senior IR or capital‑formation roles.
