IT Operations Coordinator

About the role
Costello Medical is looking for an IT Operations Coordinator who thrives on continuous improvement, learning and communication. You will join a small, collaborative Technical Operations team, receive mentorship from senior colleagues and gain exposure to a wide range of IT projects and services.
Key responsibilities
- Perform core IT administration tasks such as managing user accounts, devices and access requests.
- Handle technical requests via a ticketing system, translating user needs into practical solutions.
- Provide training, create documentation and communicate updates or incidents to staff.
- Design, plan, test, implement and embed technical improvements and changes.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT‑related role or a comparable professional/customer‑facing role with a demonstrable technical portfolio.
- Natural organiser who keeps systems and documentation up‑to‑date without prompting.
- Curious, proactive and ambitious, with a desire to tackle new challenges.
- Logical and analytical problem‑solving approach.
