IT Project Manager

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a market‑leading provider of IT Project Management Services for a permanent IT Project Manager position. The role involves delivering ERP, CRM and other enterprise software projects across regional client sites, with a hybrid working model that requires regular on‑site attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end ERP, CRM and enterprise software projects, including infrastructure implementations.
• Define project scope, plans, milestones and manage multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Lead configuration, customisation, integration, data migration, cut‑over and validation activities.
• Manage vendors, suppliers and technical teams while overseeing governance, RAID management and progress reporting.
• Support business change, user adoption and ensure projects meet time, budget and quality targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex software solutions.
• Valid UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.
• Proven experience managing ERP, CRM and enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or ServiceNow.
• Hands‑on experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
