About the role
We are seeking a senior IT Service Manager to join a global financial organisation that is embarking on an Agile transformation. The role is permanent, hybrid (2 days in the office per week) and based in Birmingham, with occasional work from Guildford or London.
Key responsibilities
- Lead service management across major incidents, problem, change and supplier management.
- Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, translating strategy into long‑term IT service outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and influence senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL/ITSM processes and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
- Extensive Agile experience.
- Strong background in incident, problem and change management.
- Proven stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
