IT Service Sales Executive

About the role

Infotel UK is looking for an enthusiastic IT Service Sales Executive to join its growing sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and delivering tailored IT solutions that meet their operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals and cold calling.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments and present customized IT service proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the technical team to guarantee successful delivery and implementation.
• Record all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role within the IT services sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management and ability to understand client needs.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable travelling for client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a plus.

Required skills

• CRM software proficiency.
