IT Services Sales Executive

About the role

Infotel UK is looking for an enthusiastic IT Services Sales Executive to join its growing sales team. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships and delivering tailored IT solutions that meet customers’ needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals and cold‑calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments and present customised IT service proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the IT services sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management and ability to understand client needs.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable travelling for client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
