IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst to join our global IT team in London. You will provide 2nd‑line support to employees across the UK and internationally, helping them with hardware, software and network issues while contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd‑line support via Jira ticketing system for UK and global users.
• Assist with employee onboarding and off‑boarding, configuring devices and access.
• Administer core platforms such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Google Workspace, Kandji and Ubiquiti.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Support meeting‑room technology, town‑hall events and collaboration tools.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, servers and networking equipment.
• Monitor office Wi‑Fi, storage infrastructure and backup solutions.
• Participate in IT projects, roll‑outs of new tools and process improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IT Service Desk, IT Support or Technical Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical users.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of IT security and cybersecurity best practices.
• Customer‑focused attitude and willingness to learn.
