IT Support Technician – 1st/2nd Line (London)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join a fast‑growing social media platform’s Central London office. You will be part of a small on‑site team, collaborating with colleagues across EMEA and the Middle East to deliver reliable IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Mac OS and Windows environments, including AD, Office 365 and digital workspace tools.
• Troubleshoot network, AV, video‑conferencing and storage solutions.
• Clear ticket backlogs, analyse issues, follow up with users and escalate when necessary to meet SLA targets.
• Manage relationships with third‑party hardware and software vendors.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in an IT support or service‑desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Mac OS X/Apple and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with MDM solutions such as JAMF, Intune or Airwatch.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian suite, Slack and Jira.
• Excellent client‑facing and problem‑solving abilities.
