About the role
The IT Support Technician will join AWD online’s internal IT team to deliver hands‑on technical assistance to staff across a busy site. You will be the first point of contact for hardware and software issues, helping to maintain productivity and user satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day end‑user support in person, by phone and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware problems on desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Identify and recommend improvements to the IT infrastructure.
- Work across multiple buildings on site, ensuring swift issue resolution.
Required profile
- Hands‑on IT professional with a passion for troubleshooting.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Willingness to develop new skills through ongoing professional development.
Required skills
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
