IT Support Technician – Ops Tech Solutions

About the role

Amazon’s Ops Tech Solutions team needs an IT Support Technician to maintain and improve the technology that powers our logistics sites. You will work on‑site alongside operations staff, remote support teams and business partners, providing first‑ and second‑line assistance for a wide range of hardware and software.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot end‑user devices, printers, scanners, thin clients and handheld terminals.
• Manage ticket queues, delivering timely first‑ and second‑line support.
• Perform proactive maintenance to maximise equipment availability.
• Collaborate on projects and innovations with other IT Service colleagues.
• Maintain inventory, procurement and lifecycle records for IT assets.

Required profile

• Experience supporting Windows, macOS and/or Linux in a corporate environment.
• Hands‑on experience with zebra thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners and portable handheld devices.
• Proven network troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to work on‑site.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
