IT Technician – 2nd Line Support

About the role

We are looking for a confident 2nd line IT Technician to join a small, hands‑on internal IT team within a growing international business. You will work closely with the IT Lead and an apprentice, providing expert support across multiple locations and helping shape the company’s technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Own 2nd line support for the entire business, collaborating with the IT Lead and apprentice.
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Administer Intune for device management, policy enforcement and app deployment.
• Support Wi‑Fi and network connectivity across several sites.
• Maintain business‑critical systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce and Halo.
• Onboard and offboard users, handling hardware setup and access management.
• Participate in projects, infrastructure improvements and the rollout of new tooling.
• Travel periodically to UK and international offices as the business expands.

Required profile

• Proven 2nd line experience in an internal IT or end‑user support environment.
• Strong fault‑finding ability, methodical and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week and travel occasionally.
