IT User Support & Operations Specialist

About the role

Belyfted is looking for an IT User Support & Operations Specialist to join its London office. You will be the first line of technical assistance for end‑users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 issues.
• Resolve hardware problems on laptops, desktops and printers.
• Install, configure and image laptops using SCCM.
• Support in‑house applications and mobile/hand‑held devices.
• Manage tickets in the IT ticketing tool, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Perform quick incident analysis and collaborate with expert teams.
• Prepare and build new hardware, including PCs and peripherals.
• Provide basic meeting support (Microsoft Teams, AV equipment).
• Install cabling, monitors, docking stations and printers.
• Apply basic networking knowledge for patching and connectivity.
• Deliver training material in person or via Teams (training provided by Belyfted).

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting mobile and hand‑held devices.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for ticketing and reporting.
• Experience in a corporate IT environment is an asset.
• Excellent customer‑facing abilities.
