Italian‑Speaking Sales Support Coordinator (Hybrid, Milton Keynes)

About the role

We are looking for an Italian‑speaking Sales Support Coordinator to join our Milton Keynes office on a hybrid basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, emails and chats while providing accurate product and programme information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls and respond to customer emails and chat sessions.
• Investigate and resolve a wide range of enquiries, clarifying root causes and offering appropriate solutions.
• Provide product, programme, compensation‑plan and business information as required.
• Assist with order processing, enrolments and onboarding of new customers.
• Deliver basic technical support for back‑office systems and escalate complex issues to IT support.
• Identify, report and follow‑up on website issues to ensure corrective action.
• Provide daily updates to management on call and email trends and alert the Compliance Coordinator to potential issues.
• Document all interactions according to standard operating procedures and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian with a good level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Resides within a commutable distance to the Milton Keynes office.
• Comfortable working three days on‑site and two days from home.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
